Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Corporate Governance.
  • Fresh graduates accepted only if graduated in Business Administration.
  • Non-Business Administration/Corporate Governance graduates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Company Secretary-related field.
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act 2016.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Additional Advantages (Priority Given To):

  • Proficiency in speaking and writing Mandarin (to communicate with overseas Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Immediate availability to start work.
  • Familiarity with the SSM MyCoID portal and MBRS.
  • Experience using corporate secretarial software.
  • Provide administrative, communication, follow-up, and reminder support.
  • Prepare and file statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
  • Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and resolutions.
  • Draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and related documents.
  • Liaise with clients, SSM, LHDN, auditors, and other relevant authorities.
  • Ensure timely filing of Annual Returns and other statutory documents.
  • Assist in incorporating new companies and updating existing structures (directors, shareholders, business nature).
  • 5 working days per week (we do not encourage overtime).
