We are looking for candidates who have at least 1 year of experience in the related field or fresh graduates who have studied at least Degree in Business Administration and aspire to become a qualified company secretary
- Have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in company secretarial practices, demonstrating a solid understanding of relevant regulations and procedures.
- Possess strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrate proficiency in preparing and filing statutory documents with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with deadlines and accuracy.
- Exhibit excellent minute-taking skills, accurately capturing key discussions and decisions during board and shareholder meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and ensure the company adheres to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and other corporate events.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Company Secretary, including preparing correspondence, managing documents, and handling confidential information.
- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, such as resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory documents with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update statutory registers, including the register of members, directors, secretaries, and charges, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Organize and coordinate board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and extraordinary general meetings (EGMs), including preparing agendas, circulating notices, and taking minutes.
- Prepare and draft minutes of meetings, resolutions, and other corporate documents, ensuring accurate recording of discussions and decisions made.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of annual returns and other compliance reports to regulatory authorities within the stipulated deadlines.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities on company secretarial matters.
- Monitor changes in company law and regulations and advise the company on the implications of such changes.
- Assist in the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Handle routine administrative tasks related to company secretarial functions, such as maintaining records, filing documents, and responding to inquiries.
- Support the Company Secretary in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Salary range - RM 2,500 to RM 4,000 per month.
