Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Service cum Admin to handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customer.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and maintain records in an organized manner.
- Provide administrative support (data entry, scheduling, document management).
- Assist internal departments and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Diploma or equivalent (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic computer skills.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
