- SPM holders with related experience

- Able communicate in Mandarin and English
- Willing to work in shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift) to ensue we have 24/7 service levels
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
- Professionally handle high volume of inquiriees from customers
- Effectively and efficiently solving customer inquiries
- Follow up customers and post promotional banner or pictures via messaging apps.
- Communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
