  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Setapak, work from office.
  • Internship position for duration of minimum 3 months.
  • Have a positive and growth mindset.
  • To be a pro-active member of the Human Resources Department.
  • Desire to take on new challenges.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English
  • Support and manage Human Resources portfolio - Recruitment, HR Services & Performance and Rewards.
  • Support recruitment team in the sourcing of candidates.
  • Publish job opportunities in appropriate job boards.
  • Perform resume screening and phone screening to candidates.
  • Evaluate the match between the candidates and the job opportunities - requirements established by Hiring Managers.
  • Support recruitment team in scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct reference checks and recruitment administration as part of the hiring process.
  • Ad-hoc task.
