Job Purposes:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Group Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, learning and development, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support GHR team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment activities.
  • Support new hire onboarding programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing training and wellness initiatives.
  • Organizing and maintaining GHR-related documentation and files.
  • Coordinating employer branding content across companies’ social media channels.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint repositories with the latest training materials.
  • Conducting market research and surveys on employee benefits.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g., policy updates, process improvements).
  • Contributing to other ad-hoc GHR projects or tasks as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the GHR team.

Key Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Good interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to identify and deal with problems.
