Operation Executive

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field

• 1-2 years of professional experience in an office environment handling operations and known operation skills. (in the event unable to get then go for fresh graduates)
• Good if have the financial or banking industry experience
• Proven good command of written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an aptitude for learning new software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Executive at Gkash Sdn Bhd located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, ensuring smooth operational processes, analyzing operational performance, and maintaining effective communication between teams.

• Assist the operation manager in screening new merchant application;
• Assist operation manager to follow up with merchants from the start until new merchants are on board;
• End to end application delivery responsibility of merchant application integration projects;
• Prepare the system requirement and specification;
• Ensure supportability and maintainability of payment systems with effective documentation.
