What you’ll need to succeed:
- Possess at least SPM qualifications
- Able to converse in both Mandarin and English
- Cantonese will be an added advantage

Will be great if you have:
- Experienced in the Customer Service industry and the call center is entitled to salary negotiations
Off days: 2 days per week
Locations: KlSentral/ Subang Jaya/Cyberjaya/ Petaling Jaya/ Cheras (Reachable by public transport)
Salary packages: Basic + KPI + other allowances
(depends on interview performances such as language ability, working experiences, and education levels)- Interact with customers through different channels such as emails, calls, and chats
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
- Outbound voice contact to resolve more complex or dynamic customer queries
- Demonstrate empathy while maximizing the opportunity to build rapport with the customers
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to reduce repeat contacts and escalations
- Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and customer experiences
