- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Promote and present company financial education programs and services
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
