About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, driven, and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across multiple projects and business units within the company.
You will be responsible for handling inbound leads as well as actively exploring new opportunities, partnerships, and clients.
Leads, marketing support, and resources will be provided — your main focus is on communication, opportunity development, and closing deals.(Attractive commission will be provided for every successful deal closed.)
Business Development & Sales- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up on company-provided leads
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across different company projects
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, WhatsApp, email, and networking
- Convert leads into confirmed deals through consistent follow-up and relationship building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions across different business offerings
- Provide consultation and recommendations based on project requirements
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and project details
- Coordinate between clients and operations team to ensure smooth project execution
- Assist in closing deals and ensuring proper handover to the project team
- Explore partnerships, collaborations, and new market segments
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across different business units
- Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and business growth
- Update lead status, pipeline, and sales progress regularly
- Prepare weekly reports on sales activities and performance
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals
- Ensure all sales processes and data are properly documented
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field (Sales experience is an advantage)
- *Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Confident and comfortable in making phone calls and following up with clients
- Able to communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Organized and consistent in follow-ups
- Able to travel to meet clients when required
- Must possess own transport (Transport claims or travel allowance will be provided by the company)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
