As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.
Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Executive with strong communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. This role involves a mix of telemarketing, frontline sales, and networking, requiring someone who is proactive, independent, and comfortable engaging with potential clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and social channels
- Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads
- Present SummitNext's services confidently to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information
- Continuously research market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Take initiative to learn about BPO services, industry trends, and client needs
Requirements:
- Nationality: Malaysian
- Experience: 1–5 years in telemarketing, sales, or business development
- Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken)
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
- Willing to attend events and meet clients in person
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, well-spoken, and able to build rapport easily
- Independent thinker with a self-driven and proactive mindset
- Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior Business Development role
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in frontline sales or client-facing roles
- Exposure to BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries (not mandatory)
- Strong networking ability and relationship-building skills
