As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Executive with strong communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English. This role involves a mix of telemarketing, frontline sales, and networking, requiring someone who is proactive, independent, and comfortable engaging with potential clients through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and social channels
  • Attend events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads
  • Present SummitNext's services confidently to prospective clients
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with internal teams for proposal development
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client information
  • Continuously research market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Take initiative to learn about BPO services, industry trends, and client needs

Requirements:

  • Nationality: Malaysian
  • Experience: 1–5 years in telemarketing, sales, or business development
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken)
  • Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach
  • Willing to attend events and meet clients in person
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident, well-spoken, and able to build rapport easily
  • Independent thinker with a self-driven and proactive mindset
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a senior Business Development role

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in frontline sales or client-facing roles
  • Exposure to BPO, outsourcing, or service-based industries (not mandatory)
  • Strong networking ability and relationship-building skills
