Job Summary:
The Junior IT/HR Executive will play a dual role, providing essential support to both the Information Technology and Human Resources departments. This entry-level position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to both the technological efficiency and employee experience of the company.
Key Responsibilities: IT Support (approx. 50%)- Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including workstations, peripherals, and office equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols.
- Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
- Document IT procedures and user guides.
- Escalate complex IT issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.
- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and provide basic information on HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.

- 0-2 years of relevant experience in an IT support, HR administrative, or similar role.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and common software applications.
- Familiarity with HR processes, best practices, and local employment laws (e.g., Singapore Employment Act & Malaysian Employment Act).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS and/or IT ticketing systems is a plus.
