Job Summary:

The Junior IT/HR Executive will play a dual role, providing essential support to both the Information Technology and Human Resources departments. This entry-level position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, contributing to both the technological efficiency and employee experience of the company.

Key Responsibilities: IT Support (approx. 50%)
  • Provide first-level technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including workstations, peripherals, and office equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security protocols.
  • Assist with inventory management of IT assets.
  • Document IT procedures and user guides.
  • Escalate complex IT issues to senior IT personnel when necessary.
HR Support (approx. 50%)
  • Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases (HRIS).
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and provide basic information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
