Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and principles including Labour law and IR practices
  • Problem Solver, pro-active and sufficient experience in managing employee relation management.
  • Manage recruitment processes to bring in suitable candidates
  • Design and implement effective employee engagement initiatives includes employee relations management to attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure payroll processes and statutory contribution is timeliness and develop and maintain Company polices and implementation.
  • Plan and execute annual training programs for employee development.
  • Attend to variety of ad-hoc HR tasks as they required by Management
  • Provide support employee relations and management.
