Customer Service Representative (Mandarin)

Hard Skills:

• Achieve at least Diploma certificate in related field
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in wellness or health-related settings, or Hospitality settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Skilled in using MS Office/excel, booking systems, and RM software.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of handling transactions and payments.
