  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Skilled in using MS Office/excel, booking systems, and RM software.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of handling transactions and payments.
