- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain customer records by accurately entering and updating information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying trends and feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address customer needs and challenges.
- Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse clientele.
- Speak Mandarin fluently to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
- Be an entry-level candidate, eager to learn and grow in a customer service role.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing accurate information.
- Assist customers with product or service issues, troubleshooting problems and guiding them through solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests, ensuring all data is entered correctly and efficiently.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary, following established procedures.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to the team.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
