Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
Requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)

Language Requirements

Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia.
