- Maintain a high level of professionalism and service quality
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, responsible, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)
Language Requirements
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia.
