Requirements
- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, plan information, and service requests.
- Troubleshoot basic technical or service-related issues.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
Operation Hours
9:00am-6:00pm (8 working hours and 1 hour meal break)5 working days and 2 off days (Monday - Friday)
Working Location: Menara Tokio Marine Life, 189, Jln Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur
Salary package: Basic salary : Up to RM 3000, KPI allowance up to RM 500 + Language allowance RM300 + Attendance allowance RM 100- Annual Leave
