Site Supervisor

About the Role
OCC Design & Build is looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution. You will be key in maintaining quality, safety, and progress on-site.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the Project Manager
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers on-site
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly
- Check and manage materials, deliveries, and site resources
- Maintain proper site documentation and reports
- Ensure housekeeping and site safety standards are followed
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- 1–3 years of site supervision experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site processes
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to work on-site and travel when required
- Possess own transport is an added advantage
