Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction site supervision
- Experience in Aluminium & Glazing works OR Structural / Superstructure works
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings independently
- Strong understanding of site coordination and workflow
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently without supervision
- Proactive problem-solver with good communication skills
- Experience handling multiple sites and familiar with digital tools / AI (ChatGPT, reporting tools, etc.) to improve efficiency will be added advantage
- Must be willing to travel and work outstation when required, projects may be located in different states depending on project allocation
- Supervise site works, installation progress, and daily operations
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and timeline
- Coordinate with project manager, factory, and subcontractors
- Monitor workmanship quality and enforce site discipline
- Handle site issues proactively and report progress regularly
- Ensure safety compliance and proper site management
