Site Supervisor

Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of construction site to ensure adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
- Monitoring and inspecting the quality of work performed by workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with client's standards and specifications
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate the flow of materials, equipment, and labour resources
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project progress, safety incidents, and other key metrics
- Providing training and guidance to junior members of the construction team to develop their skills and expertise
