About the Role
Tongle Group Holding Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Intern to support daily operations, workshop coordination, client engagement, and project execution.
This internship is suitable for individuals who enjoy both planning and hands-on execution while gaining exposure to real business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Client Support
- Support business and marketing initiatives to increase awareness of Tongle’s services
- Assist with outreach, follow-ups, proposals, presentations, and client coordination
- Help manage leads, tracking, and documentation
- Idea Generation & Program Development
- Contribute ideas for workshops, campaigns, and engagement activities
- Support brainstorming sessions and program improvements
- Workshop Coordination & Execution
- Assist in workshop preparation, logistics, and materials
- Support on-ground workshop and event execution
- Manage participant registration and ensure smooth event flow
- Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain proper documentation and organizational records
- Provide updates to supervisors and support ad-hoc projects
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing tasks and initiatives
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements- Diploma/Degree students from Business, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Event Management, or related fields
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work in a team environment
