This internship offers hands-on exposure to business development, partnerships, and growth strategies in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
You will work closely with the Business Development team to support revenue growth, expand distribution channels, and explore strategic partnerships, while gaining practical experience in real-world operations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Support & Stakeholder Coordination- Assist in preparing proposals for partnerships, projects and new business opportunities
- Support communication and coordination with site owners, partners, vendors and internal teams
- Learn to use AI-assisted tools to enhance proposal development
- Support the execution of user acquisition strategies across online and offline channels
- Assist in market research and basic audience analysis to improve campaign targeting
- Work with the design and marketing team to develop promotional and campaign materials
- Assist in testing messaging and content to improve engagement and conversions
- Participate in on-ground activations such as site visits and partner outreach
- Gather feedback and insights from the ground to support strategy improvements
- Assist in planning and coordinating campaigns, including scheduling and tracking progress
- Support basic performance tracking and reporting
- Assist in identifying potential partners and leads through research and outreach
- Support outreach efforts such as email communication and cold calling
- Help monitor campaign and business performance using dashboards and reports
- Assist in compiling data and preparing simple analysis for the team
- Support documentation, agreements and internal tracking systems
- Assist in maintaining organized records and workflows
- Participate in special projects, pilot initiatives and process improvements
- Gain exposure to AI tools, business strategy and operational workflows
- Strong understanding of revenue models, distribution channels, and partnership development
- Tech-savvy, analytical, and quick to adapt to new tools and systems
- Ability to distill complex technical or operational topics into clear business insights
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and execution discipline
- Comfortable managing high email volumes and multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through
- Proactive team player with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with cold calling, negotiations, and on-ground business development
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for marketing, analysis, and productivity is an advantage
