Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Have at least two (2) years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Having knowledge in troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting hardware and software
- Required to perform onsite services at client location
- Provide client support and technical issue resolutions on products and services and ensure all service cases are fully attended within expected timeline
- Responsible & analytical with good work attitude
- Possess good communication and technical skills as well as customer-oriented.
- Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft product suites, networking, network cabling, system integration, virtualization, VPN/ firewall, antivirus suites and cloud services
- Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
- Work independently, responsible and with minimum supervision
