We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive intern to support our IT solutions and operations team. In this role, you will assist in maintaining IT systems, supporting end-users, participating in IT projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This internship provides hands-on experience across IT infrastructure, software solutions, and operational processes.
- What You'll Do
- Respond to technical support requests from internal users, resolving issues or escalating as needed
- Assist in the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems
- Support the implementation and documentation of IT solutions and upgrades
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related operational needs
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within IT operations
- Help document FAQs, SOPs, and customer support workflows
- Participate in testing and improvement of IT tools and platforms
- Currently pursuing in Information Technology, Business or a related field
- Good communication skills in English & Chinese (written and verbal)
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
