  • Knowledgeable in troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Required to perform onsite services at client location
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolutions on products and services and ensure all service cases are fully attended within expected timeline
  • Responsible & analytical with good work attitude
  • Possess good communication and technical skills as well as customer-oriented.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft product suites, networking, network cabling, system integration, virtualization, VPN/ firewall, antivirus suites and cloud services
  • Maintain a working log detailing all required system updates, as well as the date of completion
  • Work independently, responsible and with minimum supervision
