Human Resources Supervisor

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience handling high-volume hiring and shift-based workforce
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience managing multi-outlet F&B operations
- Knowledge of foreign worker management and hostel administration
- HR certification is an added advantage
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant, kitchen, service, and corporate staff
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Oversee attendance, leave management, scheduling, and payroll coordination
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate staff training, development, and performance evaluations
- Monitor employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Work closely with operations managers to support manpower planning and business growth
