Human Resources Executive

PLAYA Racquet Club is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage our human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who is well-versed in labour laws, confident in handling end-to-end payroll, and passionate about building strong HR processes in a growing organisation.

• End-to-end payroll processing (accurate, on time, every time)
• Recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Employee records, contracts, and statutory compliance
• Leave, attendance, and benefits administration
• Employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling
• HR reporting and support to management

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience; ideally in a standalone or small-team HR role
• Solid grasp of Malaysian labour law and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
• Comfortable working independently and making day-to-day HR calls without escalating everything
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with any payroll or HRMS system is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is an advantage
• Discreet, organised, and takes ownership
