Sales & Operations Executive

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Operations, ideally within the service industry.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to handle client feedback professionally.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various sites.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Business Development: Identify and assist director in secure new projects/contracts for high-end corporate offices and government sectors (MOF).
- Quotation & Pricing: Prepare service proposals and follow up with potential leads to ensure conversion.
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily scheduling, site deployment, and quality control (QC) for the project team.
- Client Relationship: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly sales and site performance reports for management.
- Sales Commission: Tiered commission for every new contract secured (Corporate/Government).
- Operational Profit Sharing: Passive monthly income (1%) from every active contract managed.
- Allowances: Fixed Monthly Petrol, Toll, and Phone allowances.
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on client satisfaction (5-star ratings)
