- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

- Issue invoice to customers once goods are ready.
- Check invoice.
- Verify that all invoices have no outstanding balances before releasing goods to customers.
- Upload customer payment slips into the system for accounts verification.
- Issue PO.
- Email to PO to supplier.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Explore or search new supplier.
- inform customers when their orders are ready for pickup.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via the office handphone.
- Filter and direct customer messages to the appropriate departments for follow-up.
- Arrange deliveries for within klang valley customers and handle courier services for outstation customers.
- Research and identify new courier services as backups if existing services increase prices or become unreliable.
