F&B Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven F&B Business Development Executive to drive business growth, expand market presence, and develop strong client relationships within the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, close deals, and support the company’s expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue (corporate clients, events)
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive customer traffic.
- Propose and implement sales strategies, packages, and seasonal promotions
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends, especially within Japanese cuisine.
- Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to align offerings with customer demand and ensure smooth execution of project
- Manage online platforms (social media, delivery apps, reservations) to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports with improvement strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- Min 2 years of experience in F & B, sales, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good knowledge of F&B market trends and customer behavior
- Familiar with digital marketing and F&B platforms (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.).
