about the job (Business Development Executive)
  • Market Expansion: Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients and developers within the Klang Valley to build a robust project pipeline.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, nurturing leads from initial contact through to the closing of the sale.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare professional quotations and business proposals that align with client budgets and company profit margins.
  • Strategic Reporting: Provide weekly reports to top management regarding work schedules, lead conversion rates, and sales progress.
  • Post-Sales Service: Serve the client through the lifecycle of the project to ensure seamless communication and completion of work.

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
