- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and business development KPIs.
- Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and articulate Finplus Advisory (M) Sdn Bhd's services to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Utilize Mandarin language proficiency to effectively communicate with and build rapport with a significant segment of the Malaysian business community.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of a dynamic 20-person consulting firm by actively participating in team initiatives and sharing market insights.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector, focusing on potential clients and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company's overall growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for Finplus Advisory (M) Sdn Bhd.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our consulting services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
