This role gives you the lead on managing the online presence and brand image for a growing list of high-profile property developments.

• Develop and execute 360° digital marketing campaigns for new project launches and existing inventories.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and track conversion rates from digital channels.
• Oversee the brand’s presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc).
• Prepare monthly reports highlighting KPIs: reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead attribution.
• Monitor website health, back-link profiles, and technical SEO performance.

• Minimum 3 years in Digital Marketing, preferably within the property development or real estate sector.
