Marketing Executive (Property Development)

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in Marketing with the property development
- MUST have experience with Property Developers
- Basic knowledge in social media marketing and content creation
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for property projects
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Xiaohongshu
- Coordinate online and offline promotional activities, roadshows, and events
- Create engaging marketing content, captions, and promotional materials
- Work closely with sales agencies / sales agent / sales team to support lead generation activities
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Liaise with designers, agencies, and vendors when needed
- Support branding and marketing activities for company projects
