  • Ability to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information regarding property management services, renovation processes, and unit management.
  • Log and track customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring detailed records are maintained for follow-up and analysis.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to senior management as needed, while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as renovation teams and property managers, to ensure customer requests are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer communications, including newsletters, service updates, and promotional materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for service improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, providing them with essential information about the company's services and procedures.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's service offerings, policies, and procedures to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
