- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and clarity.

- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Chinese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in Mandarin and/or Cantonese.
- Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Translate documents and communications from English to Chinese and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.
