Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher education preferred.
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service.
- No late night shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin
- Skills Required: Customer Service, Mandarin Language Proficiency, Communication Skills and Problem Solving
- Salary: RM 4000 - 4500 + Allowances
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary + KPI Allowances + Other Allowances
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve platform operation issues.
- Make occasional outbound calls to customers for follow-up or to clarify issues.
- Review and coordinate return and refund requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle user issues related to financial transactions and logistics.
- Manage account-related inquiries, including issues with platform permissions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and system-related activities in internal tools
- 5 days working in a week
- Minimum 1 Year Experience in Customer Service.
