Position: Customer Service(Mandarin)
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Shifts for Customer Service Support: in between 8 am to 11 pm (8 hours per day and 5 days a week)
- Salary for Customer Service Support: 4,500 + 300 KPI Allowance
- Shifts for Chat Support: Rotational 24*7 (8 hours per day and 5 days a week)
- Salary for Chat Support: 4,000 + 300 KPI Allowance + 300 for night shift (if working in night shifts)
Qualification:
- Minimum SPM with Certificate
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve platform operation issues.
- Review and coordinate return and refund requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle user issues related to financial transactions and logistics.
- Manage account-related inquiries, including issues with platform permissions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and system-related activities in internal tools
- 5 days working in a week
- Fresher Graduates can apply.
- Training for 1 month will be provided.
- Salary will start from the day 1 of the joining, even during training period.
