  • Drive strategic growth within HORECA channels, focusing on large chain restaurants, QSRs, and café groups.
  • Lead new business acquisition and secure long-term supply agreements with key F&B accounts.
  • Manage distributor performance to achieve sell-out targets across product categories.
  • Oversee trade spend, promotions, and regional sales budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with customers on product listings, menu integration, and business planning.
skills and requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of Business Development experience in HORECA, Foodservice.
  • Track record in managing accounts, especially multi-outlet or chain F&B groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with distributors and managing nationwide execution is an added advantage.
