Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Manage bookings, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Responsible for the accurate and timely generation and issuance of customer invoices.
  • Require to liaise with haulage /shipper/ consignee regarding delivery arrangement.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to shipment status, cost control, and operational performance.
  • Prefer minimum 5 years experience in Freight Forwarder.
  • Minimum Diploma Holder.
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Attention to Details
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills & familiar with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, processes, and technologies.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
