Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Manage bookings, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely generation and issuance of customer invoices.
- Require to liaise with haulage /shipper/ consignee regarding delivery arrangement.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to shipment status, cost control, and operational performance.
- Prefer minimum 5 years experience in Freight Forwarder.
- Minimum Diploma Holder.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Attention to Details
- Good interpersonal and communication skills & familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, processes, and technologies.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
