Head of Talent (Human Resources Manager)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and culture development.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Handled with at least 100 manpower under payroll management
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR technology and analytics tools

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
  • Lead the HR team in executing strategic workforce planning and talent management.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and develop action plans based on results.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Ensure employer branding and talent attraction efforts align with company culture.

Performance Management & Learning Development:

  • Monitor and lead the Performance Management Systems (PMS)
  • Develop training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.
  • Ensure salary benchmarking and job evaluations are conducted regularly.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.

HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and employment standards.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.

HR Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and workforce planning.
