Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in HR leadership roles.
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership, talent management, and culture development.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Handled with at least 100 manpower under payroll management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR technology and analytics tools
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and goals.
- Lead the HR team in executing strategic workforce planning and talent management.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with company values.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and develop action plans based on results.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Develop workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs.
- Ensure employer branding and talent attraction efforts align with company culture.
Performance Management & Learning Development:
- Monitor and lead the Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Develop training and development programs to upskill employees.
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures.
- Ensure salary benchmarking and job evaluations are conducted regularly.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with labor laws.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and employment standards.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for leadership decision-making.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and workforce planning.
