A manufacturing company that produces high hygiene packaging for service brands like fast food, kiosks and cafes.
about the job- Looking for : 2 junior HR and admin execs (open to fresh graduates as well)
- Report to : assistant manager of human resource and general administration
- Maintaining updated and accurate employee database
- Manage employee welfare, medical surveillance and facilities (including permit renewals and update leaves)
- Manage employee performance and appraisal, as well as staff training and development quarterly
- Assist recruitment and integration of new employees
- Maintain record of incidents and inspections for Company safety and strategic decisions
- Manage Good Manufacturing Practices compliance and housekeeping (toilets, office, store, pantry etc)
- Ensure company security procedure followed
- Ensure employees adhere to health and safety procedures.
- Attend incoming/outgoing phone calls, visitors, mails, docs. Courier
- Manage office supplies, facilities, meetings and appointments
- Comply with all company policies, policies and procedures
- Improve efficiency and product quality in accordance with the company's quality and food safety policy and manufacturing policy.
- Location of office : Klang.
Report to assistant manager of human resources and general administration. Team of 3 to 5 people.
