We’re not just looking for someone to “handle HR tasks” — we want a Senior HR Executive who can own recruitment, run HR ops like a pro, and keep our people experience smooth from start to finish.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments and offer processing within defined turnaround targets.
  • Proactively source candidates through job portals, referrals, headhunting and networking beyond inbound applications.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and provide regular hiring status updates to the HR Manager and hiring managers.
Onboarding & Offboarding
  • Prepare all onboarding documentation, system access and orientation materials before each new joiner’s start date.
  • Conduct employee orientation and briefings; facilitate joining formalities including EPF, SOCSO and PCB registrations.
  • Execute the full offboarding checklist for every departure: systems access revocation, final payroll inputs, asset recovery and stakeholder notification.
Payroll Support & HR Documentation
  • Process payroll inputs accurately and on time, including joiners, leavers, public holiday pay, part-timer wages and salary adjustments, ensuring data is verified before submission.
  • Prepare and issue HR correspondence (offer letters, confirmation letters, extension letters, payment in lieu, demand letters) with thorough accuracy checks before release.
  • Maintain and update the master employee database in real time, keeping all records confidential and audit-ready.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Execute and adhere to all established HR SOPs consistently; flag gaps or improvement opportunities to the HR Manager.
  • Track and follow through on day-to-day HR tasks (probation reviews, name cards, contract renewals, employee requests) within defined timelines.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and all statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Support
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries on policies, benefits, leave and general HR matters, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
  • Support company culture initiatives, internal events and employee welfare activities, assisting with planning, coordination and execution.
  • Assist in managing the company’s HRDF account, coordinating training bookings and workshop logistics.
Administration & Reporting
  • Generate HR reports and data (headcount, turnover, recruitment pipeline, leave balances) as required by the HR Manager.
  • Support cross-functional HR projects by coordinating timelines, documentation and stakeholder follow-ups.
  • Handle general administrative and welfare needs as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or media/digital environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967 and statutory processes (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, HRDF).
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, payroll processing and HR documentation.
  • Meticulous, systematic and organised with strong attention to detail in record-keeping and document preparation.
  • Proactive communicator with excellent written and verbal English; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an advantage.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and follow through independently with minimal supervision.
  • Emotionally intelligent, approachable and able to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
  • Willing to go the extra mile when it counts — whether it’s supporting a last-minute event or ensuring urgent matters are seen through.
