Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment strategies and ensure we attract top talent to support TalentCap’s continued growth. This role requires a strong recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position TalentCap as an employer of choice.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, campus recruitment, etc.).
- Conduct candidate assessments, negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
- Proactively head-hunt and approach passive candidates for specialized and senior-level positions.

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
