Role Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment strategies and ensure we attract top talent to support TalentCap’s continued growth. This role requires a strong recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position TalentCap as an employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, campus recruitment, etc.).
  • Conduct candidate assessments, negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
  • Proactively head-hunt and approach passive candidates for specialized and senior-level positions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and innovative recruitment practices.

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
