As a Talent Acquisition lead, the incumbent will be managing the APMEA market. Leading all aspects and coordinating all recruitment activities within the team/Direct Reporting Business Units. Includes managing a team of talent acquisition partners and specialists delivering recruitment targets, ensuring recruitment process is carried or efficiently and optimally.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and coordinate all recruitment activities, managing a team to meet recruitment targets efficiently.
- Develop a deep understanding of business goals, structure, and recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Hiring Managers and HR partners.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and processes.
- Mentor and manage a team of recruiters, driving performance and capability development.
- Develop and maintain candidate pools, conduct thorough assessments, and improve recruitment processes.
- Drive recruitment-related learning and development initiatives and stay updated on market trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador, collaborating with HR and talent management to position the company as an employer of choice.
