Your Role:
- Engage with customers via calls, WhatsApp & internal systems to understand their needs
- Provide tailored solutions by guiding customers with suitable options and recommendations
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Manage and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution and positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records and track progress of each case in the system
- Achieve performance targets while continuously improving your communication and problem-solving skills
- Participate in training & development programs to enhance your knowledge, skills, and career growth
- Immediate or within 2 weeks
- Minimum: Diploma or equivalent
- Degree is a plus
- 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles preferred
- Fluent in Malay and English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication & confident speaking
- Friendly, people-oriented & able to build rapport
- Problem-solving mindset & solution-oriented
- Time management & follow-up skills
- Quick learner & adaptable to changing situations
- Basic computer knowledge (system, MS Excel etc)
- Comfortable handling numbers & basic calculations
- Experience in sales or upselling
- Positive, proactive team player
- Goal-driven & motivated to achieve results
- Able to work independently and handle customer issues effectivel
