- Proficiency in Mandarin languageis a mandatory requirement.

- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the call center industry will be an added advantage for this position.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts (does not require night shift)
- Willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor.
- Provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, and fax for corporate and consumer products.
- Handle enquiries on products, sales, promotions, e-Shop purchases, deliveries, and warranty registration.
- Filter and manage calls to determine the need for on-site engineers or transfer to appropriate departments (e.g., software, hardware, or sales).
- Dispatch engineers for hardware-related issues and ensure first contact resolution (FCR) wherever possible.
- Update clients on their request status accordingly.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
