  • Possess a valid SPM / UEC / IGCSE certificate
  • Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts (company provides proper scheduling, night shift allowance, and additional rest arrangements)
  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service / call center (BPO) is an added advantage
Working Hours & Location
  • 9 working hours per day (including 1-hour break)
  • 2 days off per week (must be able to work on rotational shifts, including night shifts)
  • Work locations: Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Cyberjaya, Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya、Ampang (all accessible by public transport)
Salary Package
  • Basic salary + KPI incentives + other allowances
  • Final package will depend on interview performance (based on language ability, work experience, and education level)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Conduct outbound calls to resolve more complex or dynamic customer issues
  • Deliver high-quality service to reduce repeat contacts and escalations
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Utilize available tools and resources to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Provide feedback on processes, systems, and services to improve workflow and customer experience
  • Accurately document customer interactions and escalate unresolved cases when necessary
  • Strictly adhere to privacy, security, and compliance requirements
  • Complete work equipment provided: laptop, keyboard, mouse, dual monitors, HD webcam, and headset
  • Statutory contributions: EPF, SOCSO, and EIS for your social security
