HR Admin - Kuala Lumpur

Help provide oversight for all people development processes including leadership pipeline, talent management, promotions, performance management, diversity, reporting and analytics on people related metrics and trends, year-end compensation, people survey and organizational reviews.
- Build/maintain relationships with all the stakeholders and manage related processes and procedures.
- Facilitate the performance management & development process.
- Work closely with Business Unit Head and UpGrowth Team on the full spectrum of core HR activities that include recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent management and employee engagement initiatives, in partnership with the relevant Communities of Expertise.
- Assist in the effective and timely implementation of HR processes across the business areas.
- Partner with TA, HRSS & COE in recruiting, development, employee relations and compensation to drive a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure the appropriate structures are in place to drive employee engagement.
- Support retention strategies, career development and mobility across the teams and across the firm.
- Manage day to day HR requests.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information possessing skills to handle situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Energetic with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Top-notch knowledge of business administration and human resources management.
- Being a good judge of character and maintaining good relations with the HR team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of appropriate professional experience.
