Local Malaysian Chinese preferred; must be proficient in Malay, English, and Mandarin.

- Prior experience in e-commerce or livestreaming industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of local culture, regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software.
- Experience in HR, general administration, and basic finance is highly desirable.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle administrative tasks and support documentation and license applications.
- Organize and maintain company records and official documents.
- Help management quickly understand local culture and social platforms.
- Manage day-to-day finance tasks (e.g., reimbursement processing, liaising with accounting, secretarial, and legal agencies).
- Support with translation or interpretation when needed.
- Other general HR and administrative support tasks as assigned.
